Overview
As part of The Wapping Project’s multidisciplinary exhibition Turning the Season, the converted hydraulic power station in Wapping hosted an opening night that featured live music from The Prototypes, a Paris-based drum and bass/electronic duo. The venue’s dramatic industrial interior, with its expansive brick walls and high ceilings, provided a striking backdrop for the exhibition of contemporary art alongside the live performance. Music was integrated into the event as part of the broader arts programme, highlighting the Wapping Project’s commitment to combining visual art, performance, and experimental sound in a unique industrial setting.
